The order I got yesterday had a wrong item- I ordered Elizabeth's Holiday Gown and the box was correct but inside was her holiday cloak instead. So I just called customer service and the lady said she's ship me the correct dress right away. And I said, if it was possible, could I just give her my cc# and buy the cloak instead of sending it back (I wanted it anyways eventually). And she said just to keep it for free! Hmmmm. I'd watch out, some people on the board, Homemommie and Collete were told to donate their mistakes to charity, but then were sent bills early this year demaning payment. Some of the items were a year, year & a half old! How did that turn out? Anyone remmeber???

I remember that too, Pumpkin. I was told to keep a couple of defective AG items over the years and I was never contacted about it. I don't see how AG could really pursue that.

Yeah, the woman from customer service just said "you can go ahead and keep it since it was our mistake"
